Tanaka Ventures (Pvt) Ltd was incorporated in 2008 as a wellness centre management company. We thrive on innovation, creativity and flexibility in executing our promise to all our valued customers. Since inception, we have created conducive environments for staff to relax, unwind and rejuvenate during breaks, and assist in running activities and programmes that bring sense of belonging & peace of mind thereby guaranteeing high staff morale whilst companies focus on their core business.

Board of Directors
- Dr. T. Munyanyiwa - Chairman: Dr Munyanyiwa holds an Msc in Hospitality Management and a PhD Organisational Leadership. He is also the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University of Zimbabwe and has 33 years experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- T. B. Mukubvu - C.E.O: Mr T. B. Mukubvu holds a B. Com (Hons) Accounting and ACCA. He is also a former Managing Director of FAVCO and CFO Chloride Zimbabwe. He has 11 years experience at an executive level.
- F. Mazorewa - Non Executive Director: Mr Mazorewa holds an Msc in Hospitality Management and he is currently the Executive Training Chef at MacBrothers in South Africa. He has 23 years experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- S. Mukubvu - Chief Operating Officer: Mr S. Mukubvu holds a Bsc (Hons) Sociology and has 21 years experience in the Hospitality Industry.
- J. Musemwa - Non Executive Director: Mr Musemwa holds a Bsc (Hons) Engineering and he is currently the Project Director of The Wattle Company
